Dr. Salek, scientific secretary of the 7th International Congress of Clinical Oncology, said at the opening ceremony of this event: “We are starting the 7th International Congress of Clinical Oncology with pride because we are hosting a valuable group of educated and dear colleagues who are the biggest human capital of oncology in this country.” We have gathered in an environment where the correct scientific and executive framework of the elders and capable veterans and flag bearers of clinical oncology of Iran has been established in a firm and stable manner, from which it is impossible for us to escape.
Dr. Salek continued: It is my honor to welcome such a group and in such an environment as the secretary of this congress. This year, as in the past few years, with the encouragement of your colleagues and the support of the honorable board of directors of the association and pharmaceutical and equipment companies, we will gather for these three days and we will have the opportunity to listen to scientific lectures and discuss the challenging cases of oncology, although Intensive but in a warm and friendly environment with familiarity with industrial and pharmaceutical achievements in the field of oncology in our country, it is a unique opportunity that is provided to us once a year and in a short period of time. So we appreciate it and consider the huge costs of these gatherings and we will make the most of this opportunity.
